Who can take part

  • Be 18 years or older and able to follow the study visit schedule and rules
  • Have relapsed or refractory AML that has specific gene changes: IDH1 or IDH2 plus FLT3 (or another FLT3 change that gilteritinib can target)
  • Have recent lab proof of these gene changes from a bone marrow or blood test done within the last 30 days
  • Be able to safely take study pills (for example, no swallowing or stomach absorption problems for oral medicines)
  • Have certain heart and organ health measures that are “good enough” for treatment (kidney, liver, and heart rhythm/heart pumping limits)
