  • You have PTSD as your main problem (not another primary mental health issue)
  • You are at least 18 years old
  • You can read and write Swedish well enough to do therapy materials
  • You are not doing any other psychological treatment at the same time
  • You have no ongoing serious threats or violence happening right now
  • You have reliable internet and access to a computer
