Who can take part
- You have lung cancer that is confirmed under the microscope as non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
- Your tumor test shows ALK-positive or ROS1-positive cancer, and it is Stage IB to Stage IIIA.
- Your surgical team believes the main tumor can be completely removed, using a team decision (including a thoracic cancer surgeon).
- Your activity level is good (ECOG 0 to 1), and you have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans.
- Your blood counts and organs (like liver and kidneys) are strong enough for study treatment.
