Who can take part
- You are age 20 or older
- You can speak and read English fluently
- You identify as lesbian, bisexual, queer, pansexual, or another non-heterosexual identity
- You are experiencing noticeable anxiety or depression symptoms
- You feel your parent(s) are at least moderately rejecting (or not very accepting)
- At least one parent who has been rejecting agrees to participate
