Who can take part
- You are a sexual minority woman (for example, lesbian, bisexual, queer) or transgender or nonbinary/gender diverse
- You are not currently in mental health treatment at least once a month
- You have not had cognitive behavioral therapy in the past 3 months
- You are not currently in treatment for alcohol or drug problems (except for self-help groups like AA)
- You do not have severe alcohol withdrawal, active psychosis, active mania, or active suicidal thoughts
- You are not court-ordered to attend treatment
