Who can take part
- You must agree to sign an informed consent form
- You are 18 years or older
- Your lung cancer is non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), stage IIIB or IIIC, confirmed by scans and a biopsy
- Your daily functioning is good (ECOG score 0 or 1)
- Your cancer has no spread to distant organs (no systematic metastasis), and you have at least one measurable tumor spot
- You must have enough organ health (liver, kidneys, blood counts, etc.) and be able to tolerate surgery
