Immunotherapy before surgery for stage II-III lung cancer
Treatments studied
This trial compares two different drug combinations given before surgery for stage II-III non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Both combinations include chemotherapy, and one also includes a newer type of immunotherapy. The goal is to see which approach shrinks tumors more effectively before surgery.

This trial tests whether adding a bispecific antibody to chemotherapy before surgery helps treat advanced lung cancer better than a standard antibody. It is for people with stage II-III non-small cell lung cancer who have not had treatment yet.
This trial compares giving immunotherapy before and after surgery versus only after surgery for people with early-stage but advanced lung cancer. It aims to see which timing might better help keep the cancer from coming back.
This trial tests whether combining radiation, an immunotherapy drug (toripalimab), and chemotherapy before surgery can help shrink tumors and improve outcomes in people with resectable stage II to III non-small cell lung cancer. It aims to see if this approach works better than standard chemotherapy alone.
This trial studies whether giving a PD-1 antibody together with standard chemotherapy before surgery can improve outcomes for people with stage IIIB–IIIC non-small cell lung cancer. It aims to shrink or control the cancer and make treatment before surgery more effective.
This trial tests combining two immunotherapy drugs (anti-CTLA-4 antibody and sintilimab) with chemotherapy before surgery for stage II-III non-small cell lung cancer. The goal is to see if this approach helps shrink tumors and improve outcomes.
This trial tests a new combination of drugs given before surgery for stage III lung cancer. It aims to shrink the tumor to make surgery more effective and possibly improve your chances of a cure.
