Study of genetic and epigenetic differences in twin pairs with Down syndrome

Who can take part

  • You must be a twin in an identical-twin pair where only one twin has Down syndrome
  • Your twin must be matched by sex and age (or age group) and differ for Down syndrome status
  • Alternatively, you may qualify if you have mosaic Down syndrome (some cells have Down syndrome)
  • Your parent or legal guardian must agree to the study in writing
  • You and your parent/guardian must be able and willing to follow study steps and visits
  • The study must be covered by your social welfare program
