Who can take part
- You must be a twin in an identical-twin pair where only one twin has Down syndrome
- Your twin must be matched by sex and age (or age group) and differ for Down syndrome status
- Alternatively, you may qualify if you have mosaic Down syndrome (some cells have Down syndrome)
- Your parent or legal guardian must agree to the study in writing
- You and your parent/guardian must be able and willing to follow study steps and visits
- The study must be covered by your social welfare program
