- You are age 18 to 65
- You have episodic or chronic migraine that started before age 50
- You have limited new headache treatments/medicines during the study
- You do not have other serious uncontrolled illnesses (beyond migraine)
- You cannot have certain exclusions like opioid/drug use or recent opioid/dopaminergic medicines
- You must be able to pass PET/MRI safety screening and have a negative pregnancy test if applicable
