Who can take part

  • You are age 18 to 65
  • You have episodic or chronic migraine that started before age 50
  • You have limited new headache treatments/medicines during the study
  • You do not have other serious uncontrolled illnesses (beyond migraine)
  • You cannot have certain exclusions like opioid/drug use or recent opioid/dopaminergic medicines
  • You must be able to pass PET/MRI safety screening and have a negative pregnancy test if applicable
