Who can take part

  • Your tumor is in the midgut (small intestine or right colon) and cannot be removed by surgery.
  • Your tumor is growing slowly (Ki-67 index 20% or less) and you have had clear progression in the last 3 years.
  • You may have had treatment before, but not any type of radioactive drug therapy (PRRT).
  • Your tumors must show strong uptake on a somatostatin receptor scan (hot spots).
  • Your blood counts, kidney function, and liver function must be good enough (specific lab levels).
  • You are able to care for yourself (Karnofsky score 70% or higher) and expect to live at least 12 months.
