- Your brain lesion is suspected to be glioblastoma (GBM) by your care team.
- Your treatment plan includes complete tumor removal (gross total resection) and then radiation and chemotherapy.
- You can and will sign informed consent (agree to take part).
- You do not have serious liver disease.
- Your blood counts are not too low (hemoglobin is at least 8 mg/dl).
- You are not pregnant.
