Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older and have newly diagnosed glioblastoma in the brain’s upper part
  • You can start the standard chemo‑radiation plan using temozolomide (not a shorter/limited radiation schedule)
  • Your overall health score (KPS) is 70 or higher
  • You agree to the study, can understand and follow the study steps (at least oriented to time, place, and situation), and can complete appointments
  • You can provide a tumor tissue sample (paraffin‑embedded) for central review and have blood, liver, and kidney tests within required limits
