Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with lymphoma-associated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis (HLH).
- You have evidence of EBV infection: EBV DNA in blood above 1000 copies/mL and/or EBV in tissue.
- You are age 18 to 65, and you can sign informed consent.
- You have enough heart and lung function for treatment (heart pumping strength LVEF 50% or higher) and no active internal bleeding; if you have breathing problems, oxygen levels must meet criteria.
- You have survived and are expected to live at least 1 month.
- You have no major exclusions such as serious heart injury, recent high-dose specific heart-risk chemotherapy, or certain infections and allergies.
