Who can take part
- You must have HLH (hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis) that meets standard diagnostic criteria.
- You must have active Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) in your blood or tissues.
- You must have severe damage in your intestines from EBV, confirmed by imaging and tissue biopsy.
- You must be 18 years old or older.
- You must not have another active infection, uncontrolled heart, lung, liver, or kidney disease, or certain other serious conditions.
- You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and cannot have had certain types of cancer within the last 5 years.
