Light and sound training to help prevent Alzheimer’s memory loss

Who can take part

  • You’re between 55 and 90 years old.
  • You have an immediate family member with Alzheimer’s disease.
  • Your memory and thinking tests at the start must look normal (no dementia).
  • You must have brain imaging and blood marker patterns linked to Alzheimer’s (low amyloid in blood and amyloid on a special brain PET scan).
  • You must be able to have MRI and PET brain scans and do the study memory testing.
  • You can’t have certain MRI safety issues (like pacemakers/metal in the body) or major eye/vision problems.
