Comparing feeding tube placement to improve breathing in preterm infants

Who can take part

  • Born before 32 weeks of pregnancy
  • Now between 34 and 44 weeks old since conception
  • Still on a breathing machine or non-invasive support like CPAP for at least 48 hours
  • Have lung problems due to being born early
  • Tolerating at least 80 ml of milk per kilogram of body weight each day through a feeding tube
