- You have lung squamous cell cancer confirmed by pathology or cytology
- You’re age 18 to 75, and you can and agree to sign consent
- Your lung cancer is stage II to IIIb and considered resectable or possibly resectable
- You have not had any prior cancer treatment for this tumor
- You can provide enough blood/tissue samples for the study tests
- Your health status score is 0 to 1 (you’re generally able to do normal activities)
