Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and have advanced cancer that is hard to treat with standard options (or no standard options exist).
- Your cancer is in the liver (primary liver cancer like HCC or cholangiocarcinoma, or mostly in the liver with limited spread outside the liver).
- Your general condition is good enough for treatment (ECOG 0–1).
- You have recovered from earlier treatment side effects (mostly back to mild levels), and your last cancer treatment was completed at least 4 weeks before starting AU409.
- Your blood tests and organ function meet study cutoffs (enough white blood cells, platelets, hemoglobin; kidney function and liver tests within limits).
