Who can take part
- You are 18 to 75 years old (or within the local allowed range).
- Your cancer is advanced and has either gotten worse after standard treatment, you could not tolerate standard treatment, or there is no standard option.
- You can have the study only if your health status is good enough: ECOG 0 to 1 and expected life span is at least 3 months.
- You must be able to provide fresh or stored biopsy tissue for a lab test for FGF19 overexpression (for the HCC groups).
- Your blood counts and organ tests must be adequate (like white blood cells, platelets, liver and kidney function) within 14 days before starting.
- For women who could become pregnant (and non-sterilized men/women of childbearing potential), you must use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after the last dose.
