Who can take part
- You have advanced cancer that can be measured on scans (CT and/or MRI).
- Your cancer has progressed after at least two cycles of prior combination cancer therapy (including immune checkpoint drugs like anti-PD-1/anti-CTLA-4 or anti-PD-1/anti-LAG-3).
- You may need evidence of progression on scans at least 4 weeks before starting; this timing can sometimes be waived after review.
- Your blood test for LDH must be not too high (2.5 times the normal limit or less).
- If you previously had an immune therapy, any immune side effects must be mostly gone (Grade 1 or back to your baseline), except certain thyroid issues that are stable on medication.
- If you have brain metastases with symptoms, they must be treated and then stable for at least 14 days without certain ongoing treatments (like high-dose steroids or other brain cancer treatments).
