Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have advanced liver cancer that cannot be surgically removed and that has stopped responding to standard treatments (like immunotherapy, targeted therapy, or chemotherapy).
- You can swallow capsules by mouth and do not have problems absorbing medication.
- Your liver function is fairly good (Child-Pugh class A or mild class B) and you have no severe liver complications like fluid buildup or brain fog from liver disease.
