Who can take part

  • You are at least 19 years old
  • You have no chest pain or other heart symptoms (asymptomatic)
  • Your coronary calcium score is high (Agatston score 400 or higher)
  • You have not already had a test showing reduced blood flow during stress (inducible ischemia)
  • You do not have major artery narrowing (70% or more) seen on coronary angiography or CT angiography before joining
  • You can safely follow the study plan (no serious non-heart illness expected to limit life to under 1 year)
