Who can take part

  • You have metastatic prostate, breast, ovarian, or kidney cancer confirmed by tests and scans, and you just started first-line cancer drug treatment
  • You must be able to do physical activity safely (exercise may be adjusted to your abilities)
  • You can follow study instructions and have the support needed for exercise and clinic visits
  • You are not currently taking cholesterol-lowering medicine (statins like atorvastatin) going into the study
  • You can safely take atorvastatin—no severe liver or kidney problems and no past major trouble tolerating cholesterol medicines
  • If you are a woman in the study, you must use reliable birth control during the intervention (and the study excludes pregnancy or breastfeeding)
