Who can take part
- You’re age 35 or older.
- You have a clinician-diagnosed narrowing or blockage in neck (carotid) and/or brain (intracranial) arteries.
- You can use a smartphone and have the study app installed.
- You (or your legal representative) agree to join and sign consent.
- You do not have serious uncontrolled conditions like severe lung failure, kidney failure, major bleeding, major blood clotting problems, or active cancer.
- You can reasonably stay in the study (no life expectancy under 2 years, and you’re able to complete follow-ups).
