Who can take part
- You are a woman age 18–75 and can sign informed consent
- You have locally advanced cervical cancer of certain types (squamous, adenocarcinoma, or adenosquamous) in specific FIGO stages (IB3 to II-IVA)
- You have not had prior cervical cancer treatments like surgery (except staging), radiation, chemotherapy, systemic therapy, or immunotherapy
- You have measurable cancer seen on CT or MRI within the last 28 days
- You have acceptable blood counts, liver/kidney tests, heart pumping strength (LVEF at least 50%), and thyroid tests
- You can receive brachytherapy (internal radiation) as planned, and you can attend follow-ups
