  • You have locally advanced cervical cancer (stage IB3, IIA2, or IIB with tumor larger than 4 cm).
  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • Your tumor tests positive for PD-L1 (a protein that helps the immune system fight cancer).
  • You have not had prior treatment with immunotherapy like PD-1 or PD-L1 inhibitors.
  • You do not have active autoimmune disease or uncontrolled health issues.
