- You are age 18 to 70
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 25 and 45
- You can access the internet weekly (phone with internet and/or home/work Wi‑Fi or broadband)
- You are not currently enrolled in a weight loss program and not taking weight loss medicines
- You have not had bariatric (stomach weight-loss) surgery and don’t plan it in the next 18 months
- You can attend in-person assessments at the Weight Control and Diabetes Research Center in Providence, Rhode Island
