Who can take part
- You were assigned female at birth and now identify as a woman
- You identify as a sexual minority (for example, lesbian or bisexual)
- Your age is 18 to 70, and your BMI is between 25 and 50
- You have regular internet and email, and you can read/write in English
- You want to lose weight, have not lost more than about 5% of your weight in the last 6 months, and you’re not in another weight-loss program or taking weight-loss medicine
- You’re not pregnant and not trying to get pregnant, and you can safely do moderate physical activity
- You have no serious active health or mental health issues that could make the program unsafe (like active psychosis, serious suicidal thoughts, mania, or uncontrolled substance use)
