Who can take part
- You have biopsy-proven prostate cancer in the NCCN low or intermediate risk group
- Your prostate is not too large (80 cc or less) on a pre-treatment MRI
- Your urinary symptoms are mild (AUA/IPSS score 15 or less)
- You are well enough to do daily activities (ECOG 0–2, or Karnofsky 60% or more)
- Your MRI does not show a high-suspicion (PIRADS 4 or 5) spot touching the urethra
- You can complete questionnaires and agree to sign informed consent
