Who can take part

  • You’re 20–35 years old
  • This is your first pregnancy, and you are 13–24 weeks along
  • You’re attending the pregnant outpatient clinic where the study is held
  • You can read and write Turkish and can join sessions on Zoom
  • You have no hearing or vision problem that prevents participation, and you do not have a condition that limits physical activity
  • You agree to join the 8-week MBSR training and volunteer for the study
