- You are 18–45 years old
- This is your first pregnancy
- You are at least 28 weeks pregnant (about 7 months)
- You live with your partner
- You do not have multiple babies (twins, triplets, etc.)
- You have no diagnosed mental health conditions like depression or anxiety disorder
