Who can take part
- You had surgery for left breast cancer: breast-conserving surgery or modified radical mastectomy
- Your radiation plan includes whole-breast treatment (with or without nearby lymph nodes near the collarbone), and part of the chest wall/area near the collarbone
- You can hold your breath deeply for more than 35 seconds and repeat it at least 6 times during practice
- You did not have chemotherapy before surgery (neoadjuvant) and you did not have breast reconstruction
- You do not have active heart problems (like recent heart attack, unstable rhythm, or unstable chest-pain) and no serious ongoing heart weakness
- Your cancer is not in other distant organs, and there is a confirmed pathology diagnosis
