Who can take part
- You are over 18 years old.
- You previously had head and neck squamous cell cancer treated with radiation, with or without chemotherapy.
- Your current cancer is in the oropharynx, mouth/oral cavity, larynx, or hypopharynx, and it is residual, recurrent, or a new primary.
- Your cancer is something doctors think can be surgically treated (no surgically inoperable T4b tumors).
- You can give consent for collecting blood/tissue samples for molecular (DNA/tumor-marker) testing.
