Who can take part
- Be age 50 or older
- Have mild memory/thinking changes (MCI), with a MoCA test score from 16 to 26
- Be able and willing to do exercise 3–5 times per week for at least 6 months
- Be able to use a tablet for surveys, video visits, and games (can read and tap the screen)
- Have medical clearance to exercise from your primary care doctor (and a heart doctor if needed)
- Can provide informed consent and don’t have memory disorders like dementia/Alzheimer’s
