Who can take part

  • You are between 55 and 90 years old.
  • You have mild memory or thinking problems (mild cognitive impairment).
  • You can walk without a cane or walker for at least one block.
  • You do not take any sedative (sleeping or calming) medications.
  • You haven't had major surgery, a broken bone, or been in the hospital in the last 3 months.
  • You can stand without help for 5 minutes and walk about 30 feet without an assistive device.
