Who can take part
- You are age 12 or older and can take part in the study yourself (or with a legal guardian).
- You have a bone marrow failure condition such as aplastic anemia, Fanconi anemia, or PNH, and you are receiving a UCBT transplant.
- Your general health/activity level (ECOG score) must be 2 or less.
- You must be able to understand the study and sign informed consent (or have a guardian who can).
- You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You should not have known allergy to avatrombopag, serious clot history, active blood clots needing blood thinners, or major ongoing infection/serious organ disease.
