  • You are 12 years old or older.
  • You have a blood cancer and are scheduled for a cord blood transplant.
  • You are physically active (ECOG score 0-2).
  • You are willing to sign a consent form and follow the study rules.
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and do not have a known allergy to Romiplostim.
  • You do not have a history of serious blood clots, active infections like hepatitis B/C, HIV, or recent severe bleeding.
