Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • Your tricuspid valve leak is the main problem (no major left-side valve disease, like significant mitral regurgitation)
  • Your tricuspid valve leak is moderate to severe or severe
  • Your leak is considered “functional” (often related to heart strain or other changes, not from a primary valve defect)
  • You have not had any prior tricuspid valve procedure
  • You do not have a congenital (born-with) valve problem, or other valve diseases that go along with this issue
