Who can take part

  • Be 18 years or older and able to sign consent for yourself
  • Have symptomatic, moderate-or-worse tricuspid valve leaking confirmed by heart ultrasound
  • Have heart symptoms that are not mild (NYHA class II to IVa)
  • Be considered high risk for standard tricuspid valve surgery, and a heart team agrees you may be a candidate for a catheter valve replacement
  • Be on guideline heart medicines and have them stable for at least 30 days
  • Your veins and heart anatomy must allow the device to be delivered (including access through the neck vein)
