This trial tests a family-focused program to support mental health and reduce risks related to substance use. It may help you if you’re pregnant or caring for a child 24 months or younger and you’re experiencing depression/anxiety and/or substance-use risk.

Who can take part
- Identify as female
- Be either pregnant or a primary caregiver of a child age 24 months or younger
- Be age 14 or older when you join
- Have a family or personal history that suggests higher-risk substance use
- Report higher depression and/or anxiety symptoms and/or substance-use risk
- Be able to participate through a participating site’s local service area (you plan to live nearby for about 6 months)
