Who can take part
- Your family lives in a regional or rural area.
- You have at least one child between 0 and 12 years old.
- At least two parents or caregivers in your family agree to take part.
- At least one parent or caregiver has had mental health difficulties or two or more risk factors (such as natural disaster experience, financial hardship, young parenthood, relationship conflict, or social isolation) in the last 5 years.
- No parent has a severe mental health disorder like psychosis or substance use dependence that would make it hard to participate.
