- You are 18 to 40 years old
- You have regular menstrual cycles lasting 25 to 35 days
- During IVF egg retrieval, there is at least one egg follicle from each ovary
- The fluid around eggs (follicular fluid) can be collected, and the egg’s surrounding material is seen
- You do not have known chromosome changes in yourself
