Who can take part
- You speak English and are enrolled in VA (VHA) care
- You have had a concussion (mild traumatic brain injury) in the past
- You are currently experiencing psychological distress (feeling unusually stressed, down, anxious, or overwhelmed)
- You have thinking or brain-related symptoms that have lasted at least 3 months
- Your concussion is not moderate or severe, and you do not have a major memory/thinking disorder
