Who can take part
- You had a mild concussion (mild traumatic brain injury) at least 3 months ago.
- You currently have some cognitive complaints, like trouble with memory, attention, or concentration.
- You can read and understand study materials at a 6th-grade level or higher.
- You do not have a history of moderate, severe, or penetrating brain injury.
- You are not currently in intensive mental health treatment (3 or more visits per week).
- You are not using daily narcotic pain medications and do not have active suicidal thoughts.
