Who can take part
- Your colon or rectal cancer must be confirmed as adenocarcinoma on tissue testing
- Your tumor must be MSI-H (or dMMR, with an extra MSI-H confirmation by PCR)
- Your cancer must be stage II or III and still eligible for surgery (no distant spread)
- You should be in good overall health (ECOG performance status 0 to 1)
- You must not have had any cancer treatment yet, including PD-1/PD-L1 or CTLA-4 medicines
- You should not have certain autoimmune diseases, be using strong immune-suppressing medicines, or have major uncontrolled illnesses
