Who can take part

  • You had an allogeneic stem cell transplant (donor transplant) for AML or MDS.
  • Your AML or MDS is considered high-risk, such as adverse lab genetics, needing more than two induction chemotherapy rounds for remission, TP53 mutation (for MDS), or measurable residual disease at the time of transplant.
  • At the time of starting the study, your blood counts must meet limits: ANC ≥1.0, hemoglobin ≥80 g/L, and platelets ≥50 ×10^9/L.
  • Your daily function must be OK: ECOG performance status 0–2 (able to do most self-care, possibly limited activity).
  • You must not have certain problems: ongoing infection that isn’t controlled, serious organ problems, pregnancy or breastfeeding, or significant active graft-vs-host disease (GVHD).
