Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with high-risk acute myeloid leukemia (AML) according to standard classification.
  • You are at least 18 years old.
  • You have achieved complete remission or complete remission with incomplete blood count recovery after 1 or 2 cycles of venetoclax + azacitidine induction therapy.
  • A suitable donor is available and you plan to undergo a stem cell transplant (from a donor).
  • Your kidney, liver, and heart function are within acceptable ranges (see specific lab values).
  • You are able to understand and sign the informed consent form.
