Who can take part
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a confirmed Werner syndrome diagnosis from genetic testing
- Have bone thinning or osteoporosis based on a bone density scan (or very low bone density)
- You must be able and willing to sign consent and follow all study visits and instructions
- If you can become pregnant: use an approved birth control method and have negative pregnancy tests; if you cannot become pregnant, you still must follow study rules
- Have acceptable blood and urine test results at screening (metabolic panel, blood counts, and urine tests)
