Who can take part
- Your child is age 1 to 18 and has steroid-sensitive nephrotic syndrome (it responds to steroids).
- Your child is in remission right now (nephrotic symptoms/protein in urine are controlled at study start).
- Kidney filtering is normal or near-normal at entry (eGFR at least 90).
- Blood tests show at least 1% CD20-positive immune cells in the blood.
- No immune-suppressing medicines were used in the past 3 months (except corticosteroids for nephrotic syndrome).
- A parent/guardian can consent; children ages 8–18 also provide written assent.
