Who can take part
- Be 18 years or older
- Live in Réunion
- Have a diagnosis of long COVID using WHO criteria
- Have had a prior COVID-19 (SARS‑CoV‑2) infection and have a negative COVID antigen test at enrollment
- Be able to safely take part in breathing exercises (no chronic or disabling lung problems that would stop training)
- Not currently be pregnant or breastfeeding; able to participate without major cognitive or legal guardianship restrictions
